24 Nov Yellow and Blue Outdoor Wedding | Riverwood Mansion
Paige and Chris’s outdoor Nashville wedding at Riverwood Mansion was bursting with sun-drenched romance and breathtaking blooms. Whimsical, with a slight vintage nod, the bride wore a sophisticated white wedding gown with a chic plunging neckline and sheer cape (swoon!) and the groom donned a gray vest with a patterned navy tie.
While the wedding design featured yellow and blue, the blooms had a wildflower feel, mixing white anemones, billy buttons, protea, blue thistle, eucalyptus and cascading greenery – achieving an ethereal, slightly vintage garden feel. The groom’s boutonniere is one of our favorites with pink, smoky blue, and mustard florals to match his beloved.
Branches, yellow button mums and greenery flanked the aisle of the wedding ceremony, adding to the vintage garden feel of the day. The couple exchanged vows under the Mansion’s signature ceremony arch, draped in lush greenery and white sheers. The vintage garden feel was carried through to the wedding reception where we dressed guest table centerpieces in similar floral arrangements, accented by sapphire napkins and a sweet loveseat for the newlyweds.
