18 May Whimsical Purple Spring Wedding | Riverwood Mansion
It doesn’t get more romantic than Caitlin and Drew’s wedding at Riverwood Mansion! The pair hosted their whimsical purple spring wedding in the garden, followed by an intimate tented reception. Keep reading to see the details of their charming celebration, featuring luxe floral decor and a unique cool-toned color palette.
The Bride + Groom
Caitlin wore a stunning fit-and-flare wedding dress with a high-illusion neckline and long sleeves embellished with beading and sequins. She paired the soft glam gown with a simple floor-length veil and a romantic bouquet, made of white roses, anemones, and blue delphinium. Drew wore a classic black suit with a silk bow tie, pinned with a white boutonniere to match his bride.
Dusty Rose Wedding Party
Adding depth to the elegant spring color palette, Caitlin’s bridesmaids wore mismatched dusty rose-colored dresses. Their bouquets complemented the bride’s, with the addition of dusty pink roses to match their gowns. It made the blue delphinium pop against the soft pink tones. Drew’s crew dressed in classic black suits with ties.
Whimsical Garden Ceremony Decor
Hosted in the garden, the couple’s ceremony was abundant with whimsical floral decorations. White, pink, and purple flowers adorned the metal wedding arbor, along with bright greenery that complemented the surrounding hedges. The backdrop consisted of chrysanthemums, roses, delphinium, and snapdragons! Meanwhile, large arrangements in vases sat at the head of the aisle for the elegant grand entrance.
Colorful Tented Reception Details
Following the ceremony, the two enjoyed an intimate tented reception with their close family and friends. The tent was elevated with bistro lights and metal chandeliers. Tables were outfitted with white tablecloths and chic blue napkins. The colors perfectly complemented the floral centerpieces, featuring bright white, hot pink, and blues flowers. Banquet tables looked especially lush with simple garlands made of greenery. It was an honor to be a part of Caitlin and Drew’s wedding and our team wishes them a long and happy life together.
