Some styled shoots are truly the thing dreams are made of… An evolution of bohemian style wedding design, this shoot featured a natural and relaxed setting, but with upscale elements like fine china and soft seating. We had so much fun mixing the raw, natural surrounding of Graystone Quarry with florals in dramatic colors to achieve a bold, moody chic design.
The bridal bouquet was an absolute dream, featuring deep purples, bright corals, fuschia pinks, and burgundy with unexpected greenery like fern leaves. Long satin ribbons in dark colors finished this arrangement. The unexpected drama of this bouquet truly makes the ultimate statement.
Our moody aesthetic, captured by Amilia Photography, continues with florals adorning the ceremony backdrop – we added overflowing details of bright and textured flowers to the hanging windows under a natural wood archway. Gold and green garland wrapped around the arch while blooms draped dramatically from all directions, providing a sensational garden setting. Flower petals romantically covered the stone altar in coordinating reds and pinks. The color palette is uninterrupted from the ceremony space to the reception area, where a lush runner of bright pink, fuchsia, coral and burgundy flowers makes another bold and dramatic statement on a gray-wash farm table, set with gold chargers, black & white plates, ghost chairs and tufted gold benches (all from Southern Events). It was nothing short of a modern fairy tale!
