20 Oct Chic Purple Hotel Wedding | The Hermitage
Hosted at the historic Hermitage Hotel, Katie and Nico’s wedding was oh so glamorous! The breathtaking hotel was a charming backdrop for their airy wedding starring a romantic pastel palette and bright floral decorations. Get inspired while you take a look at the details from their chic purple hotel wedding in Nashville.
A Glamorous Bride
Katie was a stunning bride in an A-line wedding dress. It starred an intricately beaded bodice with a V-neckline and a long flowing skirt. She paired it with a rhinestone hairpiece and a cathedral-length veil. Her bridal bouquet was subtle, made with pastel purple roses, blush peonies, and white ranunculus. Nico looked handsome in a light navy suit with a white dress shirt and white bow tie. His boutonniere was made of a large white rose.
Their wedding party was dressed to complement the bright modern color palette! The bridesmaids wore matching pastel purple gowns and carried smaller versions of Katie’s bridal bouquet. The groomsmen dressed to match Nico, except for their dark navy bow ties. And instead of a white rose, they match their bridal counterparts with a pinned purple rose. Standing at the entrance of the opulent hotel, they made for a gorgeous lineup!
A Ceremony on the Veranda
The ceremony took place in the Veranda, a bright and spacious room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. Painting of soft clouds decorated the ceiling overhead, which perfectly matched the soft blue carpet below. The bare aisle and elegant Chiavari chairs, allow this elegant space to speak for itself. For a backdrop, the pair opted for voluminous purple and white arrangements made of roses and fluffy hydrangeas.
Grand Ballroom Reception
Afterward, the party retired to the Grand Ballroom. This cozy room, with Russian walnut paneling and an ornate ceiling, was the perfect setting for their seated dinner. Chandeliers cast a warm glow on guests below, seated at round tables outfitted with ivory linens. Centerpieces consisted of tall floral arrangements, placed atop glass vases and gold candelabras. A smattering of candlesticks made for a romantic addition! Their wedding cake featured the same florals, with the addition of blush garden roses. The two said their goodbyes following a night of dancing with a fun glow stick exit – that made for extra stunning photos.
It was a pleasure to help bring Katie and Nico’s pastel hotel wedding to life and we wish them all the best!
