18 Oct A Dreamy Southern Wedding by Kristyn Hogan Photography
We don’t know many people that don’t love a classic Southern wedding. Top it off with a groom in a military dress, oodles of pink flowers and you have a dreamy wedding for sure! Christina and Andy were married over the Memorial Day weekend last spring at the West End Methodist Church. Later they would celebrate with a reception at the Hermitage Hotel. Both locations offered a dramatic and timeless flair, perfect for our Southern bride. Wearing her mother’s veil and carrying gorgeous bouquet of pink peonies, lilies and white hydrangeas, Christina was picture perfect on wedding day. In addition, we capped church pews with a similar mix of flowers and created tall urns of flowers for the altar. The same tall arrangements inspired the reception centerpieces, set atop gold pedestals. And as you can see from the pictures below, the completed space was stunning. The Bake Shoppe was behind the simple, white 5-tier cake, dress in flowers in all shades of pink. What can we say… we love, love, love a Southern wedding!
Big thanks to Kristyn Hogan Photography for the amazing pictures – your talent amazes us again and again. Also, wedding planner extraordinaire, CJ Dickson of Williamson County Events made for a flawless day for all involved! Love working with you!
