28 Mar Textured Woodland Inspired Wedding at Graystone Quarry
The Tennessee countryside was the perfect backdrop for Allie & Wade’s textured woodland-inspired wedding. Hosted at Graystone Quarry, south of Nashville, TN, the couple used varied textures and jewel tones accents of ruby & sapphire to bring their vision of a relaxed yet elegant celebration to life.
The bride carried a striking bouquet of greenery, protea blooms, astilbe, roses & pheasant feathers while the groom opted for a fully opened white rose for his boutonniere. Wearing pastel shades of flowing blue gowns, the bridal party was effortlessly stylish. After committing to their life together, our couple shared a sweet kiss in front of their custom built wedding altar featuring pampas grass and greenery.
Tall floral arrangements of pampas grass, greenery and roses were the focal point of the wedding reception, where the relaxed woodland vibe continued. Small floral arrangements in a variety of vessels with greenery, blue thistle, wheat grass, billy balls and pale yellow blooms were mixed with candles and cobalt blue glasses on farm tables (courtesy of Southern Events). Our favorite part? The doughnut display and wedding cake, of course! This was the sweetest way to finish this perfectly relaxed Nashville wedding.
Thanks to Austin Gros Photography for the stunning images. Best wishes to our newlyweds – we were honored to be part of your Big Day!
