Brittney and Dustin said “I Do” at City Winery in downtown Nashville! This duo’s bold burgundy and blue wedding palette made for a striking statement, perfect for their luxe celebration. Check out the details from their event below, including the vibrant floral arrangements.
For her special day, Brittney wore an a-line wedding dress featuring a sheer v-neckline and the most beautiful floral appliques. It had just the right about of shiny embellishments, for a luxe bridal vibe. Her bold bridal bouquet consisted of burgundy and blue, with a smattering of white. It beautifully contrasted her all-white get-up, while complementing the groom. Dustin wore a deep navy tux with a burgundy bow tie.
Creating a cohesive burgundy and blue wedding look, the pair’s wedding party was appropriately dressed! Brittney’s bridesmaids wore mismatched burgundy bridesmaid dresses and carried matching bouquets. Dustin’s entourage was dressed in identical navy blue tuxedos. They also had a couple of flower girls who wore the cutest dresses with fluffy tulle skirts!
Their ceremony decor was simple but memorable, with the bride and groom exchanging vows on stage. They were framed by red velvet curtains and white drapery, with a chandelier overhead. To complement the setup, we created voluminous arrangements with bright pops of burgundy and blue, as well as pampas grass for height.
By far our favorite aspect of their event was the gorgeous tablescapes! They opted for both wood rectangle and classic round tables topped with bright teal linens. The serving ware was primarily glass and gold for that dreamy luxe look. And for the floral centerpieces, we created a mixture of short and tall arrangements. For the shorter pieces, we used spray to help extend the arrangements reach across the banquet tables. Meanwhile, the tall arrangements used at round tables had romantic cascading elements.
