14 Jul Trend Inspiration: Purple Wedding Flowers
Some of our sweetest weddings this season are following the same color trend: PURPLE! Whether it’s deep shades of plum or little sprigs of lavender mixed into a bouquet, we love it! Purple is a great color choice because it’s variety of shades and tones are widely represented in different blooms, from dark dahlias to soft purple stalk or bright lizianthus. Purple compliments the soft blush pinks and whites that are still trending this season, or it can make a bold statement with darker tones.
This season’s purple trend leans more towards a textured, wildflower look – to compliment that gorgeous boho-glam style that’s also currently trending. We had so much fun mixing the two styles in our recent style shoot at Pine Halls!
And remember Ashley and Sean’s sweet wedding last fall at CJ’s Off the Square? The eggplant and lavender shades of purple complimented the soft pinks and whites, and set the perfect tone for fall.
