27 Aug Slate Blue and Coral Wedding | The Bridge Building
Allison and Jacob hosted their slate blue and coral wedding at the Bridge Building in Nashville, Tennessee. Their chic color palette and bright florals made for a memorable event.
Allison looked stunning in her modern fit and flare wedding dress. It has a flattering neckline, an embellished bodice and a skirt with a lace overlay. It was paired with simple knee-length veil and minimal jewelry. Her bridesmaids were dressed in mismatched slate blue gowns and held bouquets featuring magenta, coral and white roses. Jacob looked handsome in a bold navy suit with a coral floral print tie. He and his groomsmen were pinned with single white garden roses. Of course we can’t forget their dapper pup who wore a blue bow tie!
Their talented planner, K&K Weddings helped pull together the casually elegant design. The pair said “I do” beneath a wood arbor decorated with fresh blooms. Their ceremony took place on a riverfront patio with the cityscape as a backdrop. Afterward, they celebrated their wedding reception in against the large windows of The Bridge Building, allowing natural light to flood the space. The reception set up was a mix of round tables with linens and wood banquet tables. Our bright yet simple floral centerpieces added a pop of fresh color to the minimalistic tablescapes. Flowers aside, we loved the pint-size personal ice cream as a late-night treat!
We wish Allison and Jacob a long and happy life together! Thank you to John Myers Photography for sharing the photos from their special day with us!
