10 Nov Rustic Sage Wedding | The Venue at Birchwood
Need inspiration for a romantic rustic sage wedding in Tennessee? Check out the details from Lauren and Philip’s elegant celebration hosted at The Venue at Birchwood! Their wedding flowers featured a classic palette of white and blush with lots of bright greenery. Keep reading to see the details of their special day!
Trendy Sage Wedding Party
Lauren was a downright romantic bride in her A-line wedding dress. It featured dainty straps, a V-neckline, and a tiered skirt covered in delicate floral details. Blush roses, tightly packed ranunculus, and fresh eucalyptus brought a subtle touch of color to her ensemble. Her bridesmaids, dressed in sage gowns, carried matching arrangements. Philip wore a light grey suit with a sage tie and a white boutonniere. His groomsmen dressed to match—a dapper look for the winter affair.
A White Chapel Wedding
The ceremony took place in the elegant white-walled chapel, featuring towering ceilings with wooden beams and metal chandeliers. Large windows flooded the space with light, casting a warm glow on the gatherings. Bundles of baby’s breath and eucalyptus decorated the aisle. Meanwhile, the ceremony backdrop consisted of a simple wood arbor covered in sprays of greenery, white hydrangeas, and blush roses. At the foot of the backdrop sat gold vases with pillar candles.
The Greenery-Laden Reception
After the ceremony, Lauren and Philip retired with their family and friends to the rustic reception barn. A neutral event space like the chapel, the barn was outfitted with a mix of round and rectangular tables decorated with crisp white and sage linens. The tables featured simple centerpieces made of greenery and baby’s breath. The wood banquet tables were covered with romantic runners topped with lush garlands. The sweetheart table matched, set to a backdrop of neatly arranged greenery. It was a pleasure to be a part of Lauren and Philips big day and we wish them all the best!
