We’re still swooning from this romantic outdoor wedding at CJs Off the Square! Alix and Adam’s big day featured brilliant arrangements of red and white blooms that popped against the lush Southern garden setting. Keep reading to see the details from their wedding day – including their sweet dogs-of-honor!
The Couple
Alix looked beautiful in a traditional fit and flare wedding dress with all-over lace detail. It featured off the shoulder sleeves and a sweetheart neckline, and was paired with a white flower crown and cathedral length veil. Her cascading bridal bouquet was made with red, white, and blush garden roses. It was accented with eucalyptus and red ribbons. Adam wore a striking burgundy suit with a black lapel matching bow tie. His boutonniere was made of red and white roses.
The Wedding Party
The bridal party wore matching crimson bridesmaid dresses with flowing details. Their bouquets were a similar design, of white and red garden roses, but smaller. Adam’s groomsmen were dressed in black suits with red ties and pinned with white roses. Plus, their dogs Geo and Scout had the cutest wedding bandanas!
The Garden Ceremony
The pair hosted their ceremony against the greenery of the garden, but not beneath the signature gazebo, instead reserving it for portraits. Their chuppah was made of tree branches and decorated with white drapery and arrangements made of bright roses and dark greenery.
The Wedding Reception
Afterward, they retired to the bright open-air reception space. The ceiling was decorated with string lights and chandeliers dripping with greenery.A mix of round and rectangular tables were used, featuring green garland dotted with roses in glass cloches and candles. While others had tall gold candelabras climbing with fresh greenery. The newlyweds were seated at a wood table decorated with a robust red, blush and white floral arrangement.
