FAQ:

 

How do I book my event? We are currently fully booked and closed to additional events in 2023. Check back for updates to our calendar later in the fall.

 

What if I can’t meet in person?  Not a problem! We regularly ‘meet’ with clients over the phone.

 

How much time in advance should I place my order?  Most corporate events can be accommodated with a few weeks notice.  If you are planning a large event, the sooner you can reserve your event date the better, particularly during our peak spring and fall seasons when weekends sell out.

 

Do you require a minimum order for corporate functions?  This varies based on the time of the year and day of the week.

 

Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is outlined in your contract.   If you need to cancel your order, please review the contract and contact Caprice right away!
