How do I book my event? If you are hosting a larger corporate function, we recommend scheduling a design consultation through our online scheduler to discuss all your floral needs. If you event is on the simpler side and you are clear as to your needs or if you have questions about your budget, please email Caprice at caprice@enchantedfloristtn.com with your event details (date, guest count, decor or set-up, budget) for additional information.
What if I can’t meet in person? Not a problem! We regularly ‘meet’ with clients over the phone. Phone consultations can be booked through our online scheduler.
How much time in advance should I place my order? Most corporate events can be accommodated with a few weeks notice. If you are planning a large event, the sooner you can reserve your event date the better, particularly during our peak spring and fall seasons when weekends sell out.
Do you require a minimum order for corporate functions? This varies based on the time of the year and day of the week.
Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is outlined in your contract. If you need to cancel your order, please review the contract and contact Caprice right away!
