16 Feb City Chic New Year’s Eve Wedding | The Bell Tower
Hosted at the historic Bell Tower, Madding and Brooks’ chic new year’s eve wedding was a big, bright, and elegant affair! It was a gorgeous day in Nashville, starring a romantic palette and timeless floral decor. To get inspired for your own city wedding or new year themed nuptials, keep reading to see the details of their day.
Soft Blue and Blush
A classic bride, Madding wore a simple strapless A-line wedding dress. It featured a straight-across neckline and a long train. She complemented the minimalist look with pearl jewelry and a romantic cascading bridal bouquet. It was made of white and blue delphinium, roses, and orchids. Brooks looked handsome in a classic black suit and bow tie. Complete with a white ranunculus boutonniere. They were accompanied by their sweet pup in a blue and white floral collar.
A Splash of Emerald
Outfitted in velvet emerald green bridesmaid dresses, Madding’s bridesmaids stood out. The rich color perfectly highlighted the abundance of dark greenery in their bridal bouquets. While a soft beige ribbon held the stems together, and beautifully complemented the soft blush roses. Brooks’ groomsmen dressed to match him, all the way down to their simple white boutonnieres.
Classic Church Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony took place at First Presbyterian Church in Oak Hill. The bright church was a simple setting for their vow exchange, spruced up with a touch of fresh flowers. Bundles of greenery with blue and blush florals dressed up the pews. And a voluminous spray sat on the altar, serving as an elegant but subtle backdrop. Outside the doors of the church, florals covered the handrails – a fun detail used for bridal portraits!
A Rowdy New Year’s Reception
The reception at the Bell Tower was the complete opposite of the pair’s ceremony, starring an abundance of florals and gold decorations. Guests entered the venue by walking down a stairway, the handrails covered in greenery and fresh flowers. The reception tables included round and rectangular tables outfitted with bright linens. Centerpieces sat in gold vases and atop tall glass stands, made of blue hydrangeas, delphinium, and blush roses. Meanwhile, a lush garland dotted with candles dressed up the wedding party’s table.
Madding and Brooks opted for live entertainment, fitting for a chic new year’s wedding! To match the rest of the floral decor, the stage featured luxe arrangements that dripped toward the floor. Other fun details included an orchid-laden wedding cake and a garland for the pair’s getaway car! It was a joy to be a part of their big day and our team wishes them a lifetime of happiness.
