30 Mar Bold Indian Wedding | Southall Meadows
Need inspiration for a bold Indian wedding in Tennessee? Check out the details of Ayesha and Brian’s colorful celebration at Southall Meadows, followed up with a reception at The Saint Elle in Downtown Nashville. Their wedding flowers featured a bright palette of orange, hot pink, and fuschia. Keep reading to see the details of their wedding day, from their beautiful traditional wedding attire to the luxe floral decorations.
Traditional Indian Wedding Attire
Although we rarely make personal arrangements for Indian weddings, we are always excited to see the bride and groom’s traditional wedding outfits. Ayesha looked stunning in a bright red bridal lehenga – a color that signifies new beginnings and feminine strength. It was complemented by gold accents, which Ayesha highlighted with gold and green jewelry. Brian looked handsome in a white and gold sherwani. His gold and green necklace, which matched the bride’s, tied the pair together perfectly.
Ceremony at Southall Meadows
The two hosted the ceremony at the historic barn at Southall Meadows. The mandap sat in front of the large wooden doors, decorated with white drapery and bright flowers. A voluminous spray of blooms surrounded the small stage. Hot pink roses and hydrangeas, orange garden roses, and blush roses contrasted the rustic walls of the barn. Overhead, matching florals along with orchids and dark greenery dripped towards the floor. In addition to the ceremony flowers, we also made matching flower garlands to be exchanged by Brian and Ayesha.
Luxe Reception at The Saint Elle
Following the ceremony, the two and their guests reconvened at The Saint Elle. The same bold orange and fuchsia florals featured at Southall elevated the urban event hall. A symbol of good luck and prosperity, a floral-adorned elephant greeted guests at the door. Orange and ivory linens elevated the banquet tables, which featured a number of small floral centerpieces in gold vases and purple glass bottles. At the center of the room was a bright white dance floor, with greenery and fresh blooms dangling overhead. Our team is honored to have been a part of their oh-so-romantic celebration! We wish Brian and Ayesha all the best as they start this new chapter of their lives together.
